Behaviour policy
Our goal is to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children under 6 years old. We expect all children to behave appropriately and respectfully towards each other, our staff, and the equipment and props provided. We also have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of bullying, including physical, verbal, or emotional abuse.
Expected Behaviour
- Be kind, respectful, and inclusive towards others.
- Use words to express feelings and resolve conflicts peacefully.
- Take turns and share toys and props with others.
- Listen to and follow the instructions given by our staff.
Unacceptable Behaviour
- Hitting, kicking, pushing, or any other physical aggression towards others.
- Name-calling, teasing, or any other verbal or emotional abuse towards others.
- Refusing to share or take turns with others.
- Disrespecting or ignoring the instructions given by our staff.
Bullying Policy
We take bullying seriously and will not tolerate any form of it. If we receive a report of bullying or observe any bullying behaviour, our staff will take immediate action to stop the behaviour and support the victim. Our bullying policy includes:
- Encouraging children to speak up and report any bullying they witness or experience.
- Providing a safe and confidential way for parents or guardians to report any bullying incidents to our staff.
- Investigating all reports of bullying and taking appropriate actions to stop the behaviour and prevent it from happening again.
Conclusion
At Little Kid Town, we strive to create a positive and respectful environment where children can Play, Learn and Grow. We believe that a clear child behaviour and zero tolerance bullying policy is essential to achieving this goal. We expect all parents, guardians, and children to read and follow this policy to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
